1. 개요
정릉동게임즈(브랜드: JNDGames, 이하 "회사")는 사용자의 개인정보를 중요시하며, 「개인정보 보호법」, 「정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 개인정보처리방침은 회사가 제공하는 미니게임 모음집 앱 "COIN UP!"의 운영 과정에서 수집되는 개인정보의 처리 기준을 안내합니다.
2. 수집하는 개인정보 항목
본 앱은 아이디·비밀번호 입력 같은 별도의 회원가입 절차 없이, 앱 실행 시 자동으로 생성되는 익명 계정으로 이용하는 서비스이며, 이름·이메일 주소 등 직접 식별 가능한 개인정보를 사용자로부터 입력받지 않습니다. 다만, 앱의 정상적인 운영과 계정·게임 데이터 관리, 광고 송출, 결제 처리, 서비스 안정성 확인을 위해 다음의 정보가 자동으로 수집될 수 있습니다.
2.1 자동 수집 정보
- 광고 식별자: Google Play 광고 ID (GAID/AAID), Apple IDFA(iOS 배포 시 사용자가 허용한 경우)
- 기기 정보: 운영체제 버전, 기기 모델명, 언어 설정, 시간대, 화면 해상도
- 네트워크 정보: IP 주소(국가/도시 수준 추정용), 모바일 통신사 식별자, 네트워크 유형
- 앱 사용 데이터: 게임별 플레이 횟수/시간, 점수 통계, 충돌 보고서
- 광고 상호작용 데이터: 광고 노출/클릭/완료 여부
- 업데이트 확인 정보: 앱 버전, 플랫폼, 접속 시점, IP 주소 등 업데이트 가능 여부와 서비스 안정성 확인에 필요한 최소 정보
- 계정 식별자: 앱 최초 실행 시 자동 생성되는 무작위 익명 플레이어 ID(Unity Gaming Services 발급). 이름·이메일 등 실명 정보와 연결되지 않습니다.
- 서버 저장 게임 데이터: 게임 재화("별") 잔액, 게임 잠금해제 기록, 일일 적립 상태, 최고 점수·플레이 기록 백업. 위 익명 계정에 연결되어 클라우드 서버에 저장됩니다.
- 구매 내역: 사용자가 본 앱에서 구매한 인앱 상품의 기록 — 광고 제거의 보유 여부 플래그, 그리고 재화 상품("별팩")의 구매 기록(거래 ID, 상품 ID, 지급 내역 — 중복 지급 방지를 위해 서버에 저장). 결제 자체는 Google Play 결제 시스템(Google Play Billing) 또는 Apple App Store 결제 시스템이 처리하며, 신용카드 번호·은행 계좌 정보 등 결제 수단 정보는 본 앱이 직접 수집하지 않습니다.
2.2 단말 내 저장 정보
본 앱은 게임 기능 제공을 위해 단말 내 저장소에 로컬 플레이어 ID, 게임별 최고 점수, 플레이 횟수, 게임 내 재화, 설정값, 광고 제거 보유 여부 등을 저장할 수 있습니다. 이 중 일부(별 잔액, 게임 잠금해제 기록, 최고 점수·플레이 기록 백업)는 익명 계정에 연결되어 클라우드 서버(Unity Gaming Services)에도 저장되며, 나머지 로컬 정보는 앱 삭제 또는 단말 데이터 삭제 시 함께 삭제됩니다. 서버에 저장된 데이터의 삭제는 제6.3항(계정 삭제)을 따릅니다.
2.3 수집하지 않는 정보
- 이름, 이메일 주소, 전화번호 등 직접 식별 가능한 개인정보
- 정확한 위치 정보(GPS)
- 사진, 연락처, 캘린더, 문자메시지 등 단말기 저장소의 개인 자료
3. 개인정보 수집 및 이용 목적
- 광고 송출 및 최적화: 사용자에게 적합한 광고를 표시하여 무료 서비스 유지
- 앱 기능 제공: 게임 진행 상태 저장, 충돌 진단
- 계정 및 게임 데이터 관리: 익명 계정 생성·로그인, 게임 재화("별") 잔액·잠금해제 상태의 서버 저장 및 보존
- 인앱 결제 처리: 광고 제거·별팩 등 인앱 상품 구매 시 구매 영수증 확인, 광고 비활성화 플래그 적용 및 재화("별") 지급. 결제 처리·환불·과금은 Google Play 또는 Apple App Store의 결제 시스템이 담당합니다.
- 업데이트 확인 및 서비스 안정성: 최신 버전 안내, 필수 업데이트 여부 확인, 비정상 접속 또는 서비스 장애 확인
- 서비스 분석 및 개선: 게임별 인기도 측정, 콘텐츠 업데이트 우선순위 결정
- 부정 이용 방지: 비정상적 광고 클릭 등 어뷰징 탐지, 재화 중복 지급 차단(구매 거래 기록 대조)
4. 개인정보의 보유 및 이용 기간
- 광고 식별자 및 광고 상호작용 데이터: 최대 13개월
- 기기/네트워크 정보: 최대 24개월
- 앱 사용 데이터: 최대 24개월
- 충돌 보고서: 최대 12개월
- 단말 내 로컬 저장 정보: 사용자가 앱을 삭제하거나 단말의 앱 데이터를 삭제할 때까지
- 계정 식별자 및 서버 저장 게임 데이터(별 잔액, 잠금해제 기록, 프로필 백업, 별팩 구매 기록): 사용자가 계정을 삭제할 때까지 보유하며, 계정 삭제 시 즉시 파기합니다. 단, 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」 등 관련 법령에 따라 보존 의무가 있는 결제 관련 기록은 해당 법령이 정한 기간 동안 보관될 수 있습니다.
- 업데이트 확인 접속 로그: 서비스 운영 및 보안을 위해 필요한 기간 동안 보관되며, 호스팅 제공자의 로그 정책이 적용될 수 있습니다.
- 구매 내역(광고 제거 보유 플래그): 사용자가 앱을 삭제하지 않는 한 영구 보유. 재설치 시 Google Play 또는 Apple 계정 기반으로 자동 복원될 수 있습니다. 실제 결제 영수증은 각 스토어의 결제 시스템이 보관합니다.

추후 Unity LevelPlay에서 추가 광고 미디에이션 네트워크를 활성화하는 경우, 본 개인정보처리방침과 스토어 데이터 안전 정보도 함께 갱신합니다.
6. 사용자의 권리
6.1 광고 추적 거부 (광고 식별자 재설정)
- Android: 설정 → Google → 광고 → "광고 ID 삭제" 또는 "내 광고 ID 재설정"
- iOS: 설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → 추적 → "앱이 추적을 요청하도록 허용" 끄기
6.2 정보 열람·삭제·처리정지 요청
사용자는 본 앱이 보유한 사용자 정보의 열람, 삭제, 처리 정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 요청은 본 방침 제10항의 연락처로 보내주시면 14일 이내 답변드립니다.
6.3 계정 삭제
사용자는 언제든지 계정과 서버에 저장된 모든 게임 데이터(계정 식별자, 별 잔액, 잠금해제 기록, 클라우드 백업)의 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
- 앱 내 삭제(권장): 앱의 설정 → 계정 삭제를 누르고 확인하면 즉시 영구 삭제됩니다.
- 웹 요청: 앱을 사용할 수 없는 경우 계정 삭제 안내 페이지의 절차에 따라 이메일로 요청하실 수 있으며, 접수 후 최대 30일 이내에 처리됩니다.
- 법령상 보존 의무가 있는 결제 관련 최소 기록은 제4항에 따라 법정 기간 동안 보관될 수 있습니다.
7. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보
본 앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 주된 대상으로 하지 않으며, 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.
8. 광고 정책 및 보상형 광고
본 앱은 무료 서비스이며 광고로 운영됩니다. 광고는 게임 진행을 방해하지 않는 시점에만 노출되며, "이어하기"나 "보너스 획득" 같은 보상형 광고는 항상 선택사항입니다.
9. 인앱 결제 및 환불 정책
본 앱은 광고 제거, 게임 재화("별") 충전용 별팩 등 일부 부가 기능을 인앱 상품으로 판매합니다.
- 결제 시스템: 모든 결제는 Google Play 결제 시스템(Google Play Billing) 또는 Apple App Store 결제 시스템을 통해 처리됩니다. 본 앱은 신용카드 번호, 은행 계좌 정보 등 결제 수단 정보를 직접 수집·저장하지 않습니다.
- 일회성 결제(비소비성): 광고 제거 상품은 일회성 결제이며, 동일한 Google 또는 Apple 계정에서 재설치하거나 다른 단말에 로그인할 때 자동으로 복원될 수 있습니다.
- 재화 상품(소비성): 별팩은 구매 즉시 게임 재화("별")가 계정에 지급되는 소비성 상품입니다. 지급된 별은 게임 잠금해제 등에 사용할 수 있으며, 별팩 자체는 재설치 시 복원 대상이 아닙니다(지급된 별 잔액은 계정에 서버 보존).
- 환불 정책: 환불은 Google Play 또는 Apple App Store의 환불 정책을 따릅니다. 사용자는 각 스토어가 제공하는 절차에 따라 환불을 신청할 수 있으며, 환불이 완료되면 광고 제거 효과는 다시 비활성화되고, 별팩 환불의 경우 지급된 별이 회수될 수 있습니다.
- 구독 여부: 본 앱의 인앱 상품은 일회성 구매이며, 자동 갱신 구독은 제공하지 않습니다.
- 가격: 국가별 가격이 다르게 책정될 수 있으며, 결제 화면에 표시되는 가격이 최종 가격입니다. 각 스토어가 해당 국가의 세금 및 수수료 표시를 처리할 수 있습니다.

1. Introduction
Jeongneung-dong Games (operating as "JNDGames"; "we", "us", or "our") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and shared when you use our mini-game collection app, "COIN UP!". By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
2. Information We Collect
The App does not require manual account registration (no username or password input). Instead, an anonymous account is created automatically when you first launch the App, and we do not collect direct identifiers such as your name or email address. Certain information may be collected automatically to operate the App, manage accounts and game data, deliver ads, process optional in-app purchases, and improve service stability.
2.1 Automatically Collected Information
- Advertising Identifiers: Google Advertising ID (GAID/AAID) on Android, and IDFA on iOS if the App is distributed on iOS and the user allows tracking
- Device Information: OS version, device model, language, timezone, screen resolution
- Network Information: IP address (for country/city-level inference), mobile carrier, network type
- App Usage Data: Plays per game, play time, score statistics, crash reports
- Ad Interaction Data: Ad impressions, clicks, completion of rewarded ads
- Version Check Data: App version, platform, request time, IP address, and minimum information needed to check update availability and service stability
- Account Identifier: A random anonymous player ID issued by Unity Gaming Services when you first launch the App. It is not linked to your name, email, or other real-world identity.
- Server-Stored Game Data: In-game currency ("Star") balance, game unlock records, daily earning status, and a backup of best scores and play history, stored in the cloud and linked to your anonymous account.
- Purchase History: Records of in-app products purchased in the App — an entitlement flag for Remove Ads, and purchase records for currency products ("Star packs": transaction ID, product ID, and grant history, stored server-side to prevent duplicate grants). Payments are processed by Google Play Billing or Apple App Store, and the App does not directly collect credit card numbers, bank account details, or other payment method information.
2.2 Local On-Device Storage
To provide gameplay features, the App may store a local player ID, best scores, play counts, in-game currency, settings, and Remove Ads ownership status on your device. Some of this data (Star balance, game unlock records, and a backup of best scores and play history) is also stored in the cloud (Unity Gaming Services) linked to your anonymous account. The remaining local data is removed when you uninstall the App or clear the App's local data. Deletion of server-stored data follows Section 6.3 (Account Deletion).
2.3 Information We Do Not Collect
- Direct identifiers such as name, email, phone number
- Precise location (GPS)
- Photos, contacts, calendar, SMS, or other on-device personal data
3. Purpose of Collection
- Advertisement delivery and optimization
- App functionality (saving progress, diagnosing crashes)
- Account and game data management: anonymous account creation and sign-in, server-side storage of Star balance and unlock status
- In-app purchase processing, entitlement verification, Remove Ads activation, and Star pack currency grants
- Version checks, update notices, and service stability monitoring
- Service analysis and improvement
- Fraud prevention, including duplicate-grant protection for purchased currency
4. Data Retention
- Advertising identifiers: up to 13 months
- Device and network information: up to 24 months
- App usage data: up to 24 months
- Crash reports: up to 12 months
- Local on-device data: until you uninstall the App or clear the App's local data
- Account identifier and server-stored game data (Star balance, unlock records, profile backup, Star pack purchase records): retained until you delete your account, and destroyed immediately upon account deletion. Minimum payment-related records that we are legally required to keep may be retained for the statutory period.
- Version check access logs: retained only as needed for service operation and security, and may be subject to the hosting provider's log policy
- Purchase entitlement flag (Remove Ads): retained locally until the App is deleted. Purchases may be restored through the Google Play or Apple account used for the purchase. Actual payment receipts are retained by the applicable store payment system.
5. Third-Party Sharing
We share or entrust data processing with the following third parties to operate ads, payments, version checks, and service infrastructure:

If we enable additional ad mediation networks through Unity LevelPlay in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and the relevant store data safety disclosures.
6. Your Rights
- Reset or delete your Android Advertising ID through Android settings
- Disable tracking permission through iOS settings if the App is distributed on iOS
- Uninstalling the App or clearing local app data removes local gameplay data stored by the App
- Access, deletion, or restriction requests may be sent to the contact email below
- GDPR rights (EEA/UK residents)
- CCPA rights (California residents)
6.3 Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and all server-stored game data (account identifier, Star balance, unlock records, cloud backup) at any time.
- In-app (recommended): Open Settings → Delete Account in the App and confirm. Your account and data are permanently deleted immediately.
- Via the web: If you cannot use the App, follow the steps on our Account Deletion page to request deletion by email. Requests are processed within 30 days.
- Minimum payment-related records that we are legally required to keep may be retained for the statutory period described in Section 4.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from such children.
8. Advertising
The App is free-to-play and supported by advertisements. Ads are shown at points designed not to interrupt core gameplay, and rewarded ads are shown only when you choose to watch them for optional in-game benefits such as Continue or Bonus rewards.
9. In-App Purchases and Refunds
The App may sell optional in-app products, including Remove Ads and Star packs (in-game currency).
- Payment system: Payments are processed through Google Play Billing or Apple App Store. The App does not directly collect or store credit card numbers, bank account information, or other payment method details.
- One-time purchase (non-consumable): Remove Ads is a one-time purchase and may be restored when you reinstall the App or sign in on another device with the same Google or Apple account.
- Currency products (consumable): Star packs grant in-game currency ("Stars") to your account immediately upon purchase. Granted Stars can be used for features such as game unlocks. Star packs themselves are not restorable on reinstall; your granted Star balance is preserved server-side on your account.
- Refunds: Refunds follow the refund policy of Google Play or Apple App Store. After a refund is completed, the Remove Ads entitlement may be disabled, and for Star pack refunds the granted Stars may be revoked.
- No subscriptions: The App does not currently offer auto-renewing subscriptions.
- Pricing: Prices may vary by country, and the price shown on the purchase screen is the final price.
