앱 내에서 삭제 (권장)

가장 빠른 방법입니다. 앱에서 설정 → 계정 삭제를 누르고 확인하면 계정과 모든 데이터가 즉시 영구 삭제됩니다.

웹으로 삭제 요청

앱을 사용할 수 없는 경우, 아래 이메일로 삭제를 요청하실 수 있습니다. 계정은 익명으로 관리되므로, 가능하면 앱 설정 화면에 표시되는 플레이어 ID를 함께 알려주시면 확인이 빠릅니다.

요청 접수 후 영업일 기준 최대 30일 이내에 처리됩니다.

삭제되는 데이터

• 계정 식별자(익명 로그인 ID)
• 별(Star) 잔액 및 게임 잠금해제 기록
• 진행도 백업(최고 점수·플레이 기록 등 클라우드 저장 데이터)

결제(구매) 영수증 등 법령상 보존이 필요한 최소 기록은 관련 법이 정한 기간 동안 보관될 수 있습니다.

Delete in the app (recommended)

Open the app and go to Settings → Delete Account, then confirm. Your account and all associated data are permanently deleted immediately.

Request deletion via the web

If you cannot use the app, email us to request deletion. Accounts are anonymous, so please include the Player ID shown on the app's settings screen if available.

Requests are processed within 30 days.

Data that is deleted

• Account identifier (anonymous sign-in ID)
• Star balance and game unlock records
• Progress backup (best scores, play history and other cloud-saved data)

Minimum records required by law (e.g., purchase receipts) may be retained for the period the law requires.
